We Arose welcomes garden volunteers on Wednesday evenings from 5pm - 7pm.

We believe in building community and creating opportunities for neighbors to collaborate, share, and learn. Volunteers get to experience in-field activities including plating, weeding, mulching, and occasionally harvesting and packing fresh produce. We Arose staff will be on site to help demonstrate tasks, log volunteer hours, and provide education on our urban farming growing practices.

Kids under 13 are welcome with parental supervision. Please bring a water bottle and sunscreen/bug spray as needed - we also encourage you to dress comfortably. Closed toe shoes are required, no exceptions. Equipment including all tools, gloves, and water will be available.

We ask that volunteer requests are submitted at least one week in advance of your desired date. In your request, please be sure to include the day and time you are interested in volunteering. Please allow at least 72 hours for our team to review and respond to your volunteer request. Specific garden locations and field times will be confirmed in our response to your request.
